Signal and Shield require a registered business email domain. Coverage varies with your mail platform, so we show what changes before you check out.

01 / CLOUD BUSINESS EMAIL

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

With your registered business domain and approved tenant access, we can activate the package's supported email, identity, cloud collaboration, awareness, and exposure controls. Shield adds eligible device protection.

02 / SERVER-HOSTED BUSINESS EMAIL

On-Premises or Hosted Mail Server

At the same Signal or Shield price, managed mail-gateway filtering for spam, phishing, malware, and risky links replaces cloud mailbox protection. Cloud identity response and posture, cloud file collaboration, integrated cloud-mailbox response, external exposure and dark-web monitoring, awareness training, and phishing simulations do not apply. Shield still adds eligible device protection, including web filtering.

03 / NEED A BUSINESS DOMAIN

Personal or Free Email

Gmail.com, Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, Yahoo.com, and similar personal accounts are not eligible. Need business email? We can provide Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, or Premium licenses. Licensing, domain setup, and migration are separate from package pricing.

Basic: business email and web apps. Standard: adds desktop productivity apps. Premium: adds advanced identity and device-management capabilities.

Payment Options

Choose the commitment that fits.

Month to month

Pay monthly with no annual commitment. One-time onboarding is $300 for Signal or $500 for Shield.

12 months, billed monthly

Keep the same monthly price for a 12-month commitment. We waive the one-time onboarding fee of $300 for Signal or $500 for Shield.

12 months, paid upfront

Pay for 11 months upfront and receive 12 months of service. We also waive the tier's one-time onboarding fee.

At the 10-unit minimum, annual prepay saves one month of service: $350 on Signal or $600 on Shield compared with the 12-month plan billed monthly.

Compared with 12 month-to-month payments plus onboarding, total first-year savings are $650 on Signal or $1,100 on Shield. Both annual options waive standard onboarding.

USD. All options require a scoped proposal and service agreement. Shield secondary devices are $25 each per month; servers, migrations, remediation, work beyond standard onboarding, and applicable taxes are scoped separately. The annual prepaid offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Package coverage is finalized after technical discovery and documented in the applicable proposal and service agreement. Feature availability depends on supported platforms, selected licenses, asset eligibility, and third-party product capabilities. Patch coverage varies by operating system and software vendor. Automated penetration-testing scans are not a substitute for a separately scoped human-led penetration test, certification, or compliance audit. Web Application Firewall and Zero Trust deployments require compatibility and architecture review. No security control eliminates all cyber risk.
