The proposal and signed service agreement are the final source of truth for covered users, systems, assets, actions, service levels, and exclusions.
- Endpoint EDR, endpoint vulnerability management, and operating-system or third-party patching are not included in Signal.
- Network vulnerability scans, penetration-testing scans, Web Application Firewall protection, and private-access replacement are not included.
- The package requires a business-owned registered email domain. Cloud-connected coverage requires a supported Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace business tenant, suitable licenses, and approved administrative consent. Personal or free email accounts are not eligible.
- For server-hosted business email at the same package price, managed mail-gateway protection replaces cloud mailbox protection. Cloud identity threat detection and response, cloud identity posture, cloud file collaboration, integrated cloud-mailbox response, external exposure and dark-web monitoring, awareness training, and phishing simulations are not included.
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, or Premium licenses, domain setup, and migration can be arranged separately; they are not included in the package price.
- Detection and response depth depends on the telemetry and permissions available from each connected service.
- Training content, languages, and shared-mailbox support vary by compatibility and selected scope. Signal does not include web filtering; Shield includes device-level filtering for eligible devices.
